Holly will host the run at her house. Everyone is asked to bring a breakfast dish to share.
Meet at Museum Parking Lot at 10 in St. Michaels. Ride to the Oxford Ferry and then take the Ferry back to St Michaels. Plan to have lunch there!
Both courses have changed and have been recertified. The marathon will still be a Boston qualifier. The race date is: December 4th with packet pick up on the 3rd at RBRC. There will be a virtual option as well as the live option.
New for 2021, we will strictly enforce our 7 hour time limit. you must maintain a 16 minute pace. If you are not at that pace by mile 18, you will not be allowed to continue. you must follow all of the directions of the course marshals. Otherwise you will be disqualified immediately. If you do not make the 7 hour cut off, you will be listed as DNF. If you disregard the directions of course marshals, you will not be allowed to register for this race again.

Get ready to chill and thrill at the Frozen Buns Run! Remember, dress to impress the weather, and get ready for a post-run frosty fiesta at Wendy's home. Hot dogs and hot beverages are on the house courtesy of the club. Don't leave your seat hanging—bring your OWN chair for the coolest party in town! Enjoy one of two rides – either a 1/2 metric century (32 miles) – which will challenge beginners and intermediate riders, or the full metric century (about 64 miles) for more experienced cyclists.
Starting and ending at Wyoming Park, the route takes participants through orchards and on country roads. Water is available throughout the course. As participants round the corner to the finish line, they will be greeted with cold towels and spray tents.
